Governance

The governance of AGOTA is set out in its constitution and By Laws.
The council of AGOTA is composed of 15 members who determined association’s policies and are responsible for administration.

The council meets twice a year. It receives reports from zonal branches approves the association accounts. The Annual General Meeting (AGOTA Assembly) is composed of all AGOTA members, President of the association, Secretary of association and Honorable Treasurer of the association. It receives reports from the zonal branches. It approves accounts of the society and those of zonal branches. It also elects officers and new members of the council for ensuing two years.
